former senior executive in the oil industry, Bob Hammond
has been responsible for designing and implementing major
project strategic initiatives in the United States and overseas.
His background encompasses
all areas of supply, logistics, manufacturing and marketing.
As a VP of Business Development for Latin America, Bob oversaw
major market entries in Peru and Ecuador, a major expansion
in Brazil, divestment of assets in Barbados, and organizational
restructuring.
Recognized in the industry
for his ability to deliver results, he was able to position
this major energy firm, as a partner of choice for companies
seeking to expand their operations. This ability to develop
lasting commercial relationships resulted in successful
joint venture bids on privatizing assets in Peru, major
investments with the state-owned company of Venezuela, and
development of significant outsourcing of U.S. product supply
operations.
His experience in leading
line and staff organization and his ability to clearly communicate
goals and objectives throughout all levels of an organization
make Bob an invaluable resource for managing change process.
Since joining The Murphy Group LLC, Bob
has successfully adapted his experience to other industries
seeking to expand, divest or restructure their current operations.
Bob holds a bachelor of
science in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado
School of Mines.
