Neil A. Fisher has over 30 years in Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Environmental Compliance and Transportation Procurement.
His international experience in Fuels and Lubes Operations includes management of the LOBP’s in Saudi Arabia as a secondee to a national company; design and development of LOBP’s in Yemen and the UAE, optimization of LOBP’s and fuels terminals in Europe, logistics-related process and organizational redesign in Japan, Africa and throughout Central and South America.
His US experience includes management of proprietary and third party LOBP’s and Fuels Terminals as well as Regional Environmental Management- facility compliance and legislative lobbying.
His Global Procurement experience includes Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Process redesign and the management of $1 Billion of transportation related expenses.
Neil is a graduate of Clarkson College of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution. He has been recognized as a leader in Supply Chain Management, Opportunity Identification, Team Building and Change Management.
