Richard Schultz is a skilled
trainer and master facilitator. He has facilitated hundreds
of strategic thinking and planning projects for clients
from a multitude of industries.
Dick has conducted numerous
strategic and long-range planning, ideation and problem-solving
sessions using a process known as SolutionsMapping®,
or as it is often referred to, Storyboarding for Solutions,
Solutions Mapping® — a process that speeds up
the decision-making process, while increasing participation,
ownership and fresh thinking, all generated on a level playing
field.
Whether in manufacturing,
retail, religious or public education settings, Dick is
the preferred facilitator for many clients. The projects
he has been involved in have been as short as a few hours,
while others have extended over a few days or even over
many months.
Dick has also facilitated
in cross-cultural settings, including sessions held in Germany,
Africa and Costa Rica. In addition, he has the ability to
quickly gain rapport with participants at all levels within
an organization. He is readily adaptable to facilitate in
diverse settings and industries, and has a reputation for
being highly skilled at fully engaging large groups of participants.
He holds a bachelor's
degree from Bethel College and a master's from the University
of Pittsburgh.
